Terms of Registration At Qari Group
Agreement on following Terms of Service and Conditions is must incase of registration at Qari Group:
1. After the free trial classes, student needs to decide whether to continue with classes at Qari Group.
2. If you choose to continue, paying fee on the due date is must, which is the last week of every month in advance. Delay in fee may result in classes being paused.
3. Qari Group holds the authority to stop the classes if payment is overdue for more than 7 days.
4. Full fee per student for reserving the slot will be charged if student desire to hold classes and continue with the same teacher at the same time again, after completion of one course.
5. Any leave is considered paid, and there are no makeup classes for absence except emergency.
6. Makeup classes are subject to teacher availability and can be arranged on conditions.
7. Student is responsible to inform teacher at least 6 hours before the scheduled time if he/she wants to cancel the class.
8. Qari Group may cancel classes if student remains absent for more than two weeks without notice, and no refunds will be provided.
9. Our faculty will not be responsible for any misue of personal information like emails, debit card, contact number etc, if shared by student with the teacher personally.
10. Qari Group reserves the right to change teachers for quality teaching purpose.
11. If a teacher resigns or is terminated, students will be provided with a new teacher, and contact with the former teacher will neither be allowed nor faculty would take any responsibility incase of trouble.
12. Qari Group may increase fees by about 6-7% each year.
13. Discussions on personal information is prohibited with teachers as per safety standards.
14. Fees may vary according to policies and terms of service at Qari group.
15. Eid holidays are included in monthly fees, and there are no makeup classes or refunds for eid off days as Qari group do not benefit from any other holidays throughout the year .
16. Revision of Terms of Service & Conditions may occur any time by Qari Group.

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
Following document outlines employment agreement conditions between an employer and employee for the position of Online Quran Tutor.
The key points are as follows:
1. Employee’s Availability:
– The employee will be employed as a full-time Online Quran Tutor whose availability will be for nine hours a day, six days a week from February 1st, 2023.
2. Tenure of Employment:
– The employment agreement tenure will be one year and can be extended by mutual written agreement at any time.
3. Resignation/Termination Conditions:
– If the employee wishes to resign, they must give a two-month advance written notice and transfer their classes to another employee as directed by the employer.
– Failure to give notice or transfer classes will result in one month’s salary being held by the employer.
– If the employer wishes to terminate the employee, they must give one month’s advance notice in writing, EXCEPT in case of breach of the agreement, misconduct, or business loss.
4. Non-Solicitation Agreement:
– During employment and three followed years incase of termination/resignation the employee cannot directly or indirectly, solicit, divert, or hire away any customer of the employer (students, parents, referrals, etc.)
5. Conditions for Job After Resigning:
– During employment and for three years following termination (for any reason, including resignation) the employee cannot engage in or be employed by any person engaged in a same business or substantially similar or in competition with the employer except after approval by employer.
– During employment the employee cannot promote, advertise, or work for any other individual, academy, company, association, etc.
6. Salary, Increments, Leave Pakage:
– The employee will be paid PKR 25,000 per month with no paid leaves except for classes taken in advance.
– Salary increments will depend on work duration, schedule, performance, and assigned tasks completion.
– A leave, taken without notice and approval will result in a salary deduction.
7. Employee’s Obligations:
– The employee must perform all assigned duties and agree with all company policies, rules, and procedures.
– The employee is responsible for filing tax returns.
8. Responsibility towards Confidential Information:
– The employee cannot disclose any confidential information about the company, its partners, directors, clients, or clients organization during or after employment at any cost.
– The employee cannot discuss payment or schedule issues with students or their guardians.
– The employee cannot associate with clients, students, parents, or referrals directly or indirectly during or after employment regardless.
– The employee cannot take any customer information or teach any student without the employer’s prior approval.
– Company resources and assets can only be used for the benefit of the company.
9. Penalty Payments:
– If the employee breaches any terms of the agreement, they will be tended to pay liquidated damages to the employer worth 3,00,000, apart from general compensation.
10. Employer’s Authority To Terminate:
– If employee violates company’s agreement, Employer will have the liberty to remove him/her from the Assigned post as per PARA III of the document.
11. Amendments In The Document:.
– The above mentioned document can be amneded, extented or cancelled by mutual cooperation.
12. Employee’s Official Address Usage:
– Any notice by the company will be sent on the official address written with the employer.
